Can you write on the gift card for me?
Absolutely! Just pop the message in the 'gift card message' box when ordering and this will be hand written in a gift card and included with the hamper.

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not been dispatched, then it can be cancelled. If it has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. Please contact us to discuss.  

Can I change the delivery address after I’ve ordered?
Check the address you provided on the order confirmation email you will have received and if you need to change it, let us know as soon as possible. If your hamper has not yet been shipped, this can be changed. If your hamper has been shipped, it may be too late to change the address. We will try! Please contact us to discuss. 

Can I create my own gift hamper?
At this stage, no, we are unable to offer a ‘build your own’ service but stay tuned, as this is in the pipeline.

How much is shipping?
We offer FREE standard and $10 flat rate express shipping in Australia plus FREE local delivery around Orange NSW (CBD only). If you are local to Orange, just pop a note in the checkout page about where and when you would like the parcel delivered.

When will my order be sent?
All orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday will be packed and sent via express post that same day. Anything after 12pm will be sent the following day. All orders placed over the weekend or after 11am on Friday will be packed and sent out on Monday.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship within Australia only.

What payment do you accept?
We accept Visa or Mastercard.

Do you deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
Yes we do!

Can I specify a delivery date?
We’ll try our best for you, but we rely on Australia Post so can’t guarantee specific delivery dates.  Pop a note in the “Additional instructions” box at the checkout with the date you would like the hamper to be received. Alternatively, we provide “Do not open until…” stickers that can be placed on the shipping box so the recipient knows when to open it. Just let us know the date at the checkout and we’ll write it on!

During COVID-19, Express Post through Australia Post continues to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers, but may not meet the next business day delivery standard.

What happens if the recipient is not home on delivery?
During this COVID-19 crisis, most couriers will leave the parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address. If there is nowhere safe to leave it, a calling card will be left and the parcel will be taken to a nearby Australia Post office for collection or re-delivery. We link the email address provided on the order with the Australia Post shipping form, and the courier will send an email with re-delivery/collection instructions.
